Hi, I’m Ade; the founder of East Yorkshire Apps.
I have believed in the future of mobile since way before the iPhone launch in 2007.
Prior to 2007 I was busy building mobile applications for Nokia Symbian mobile devices and utilising Flash-Lite for Windows Mobile deployment. At this time I was working in a professional software development house as a senior developer and project manager.
Do you remember WAP websites?
I didn’t think much of them when everyone was raving about them in 2002.
I wanted the real web in my hand, not a shockingly poor second-rate experience.
It wasn’t until 5 years later and the launch of the original iPhone that Apple began to realise what I and everyone else really wanted. I knew then that the future had arrived and subsequently began cross-training as an iOS developer.
Now, in 2015, I believe in Apple perhaps even more than back then.
I have worked in secure large-scale enterprise environments that will not allow Android for security reasons and windows mobile devices are scarcely seen. And in my other areas of keen interest, education and entertainment, Apple again lead the pack by providing the best experience where it counts – in the hands of your app users.
This is why at East Yorkshire Apps we are proud to focus primarily upon iOS development.
